TITLE
Resolution authorizing the City Controller to transfer One Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty One dollars and Twelve cents ($1,340,321.12) One Million Three Hundred and Thirty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty One dollars and Twelve Cents ($1,333,321.12) from various closed Trust Funds to the General fund for the purpose of cleaning out old trust funds and increasing the fund balance.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The City Controller is hereby authorized to transfer One Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty One dollars and Twelve cents ($1,340,321.12) One Million Three Hundred and Thirty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty One dollars and Twelve Cents ($1,333,321.12) from the following funds to the General Operating Fund:

Section 2. If there are not sufficient funds in a trust fund to match the amount of money transferred as per this resolution, the entire amount available in the fund shall be transferred to the General Operating Fund.
Section 3. If there is remaining funds in a trust fund after the funds authorized by this resolution have been transferred to the General Operating Fund, the City Controller shall inform the City Council so that additional legislation can be submitted as required.
