TITLE
Resolution closing out old and unused Trust Funds so as to not include unused Trust Fund codes in the new Enterprise Resource Planning system.
BODY
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The following trust funds are hereby closed. Should any funds be received that would have otherwise been placed into these funds, said funds shall be deposited in the General Operating Fund of the City of Pittsburgh for unconditional use.
