Resolution accepting the dedication of Fern Street and Fern Circle, in the 10th Ward, 7th Council District.

WHEREAS, The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh in the 10th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, shown on the Garfield Heights Revision No. 4 Plan, has dedicated said, Fern Street and Fern Circle for public highway purposes.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Fern Street and Fern Circle as laid out in the Garfield Heights Revision No. 4 Plan No. 5866, in the 10th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby accepted.
Section 2. The grading, paving, curbing, lighting and signage of Fern Street and Fern Circle as described: All that certain parcel of land, being Parcel 1-Revised in the Garfield Heights Revisions No. 4, as recorded in the Allegheny County Department of Real Estate, in Plan Book Volume 268, Page 80, situate in the 10th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bound and described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the intersection of the southwesterly right of way line of Mossfield Street, 63.00 feet wide, and the northerly right of way line of Fern Street, 50.00 feet wide; thence from said point of beginning by the southwesterly right of way line of Mossfield Street the following three (3) courses and distances: N 50° 20' 00" E a distance of 3.00 feet;
S 39° 40' 00" E a distance of 86.00 feet; S 50° 20' 00" W a distance of 3.00 feet to a point on the southerly right of way line of Fern Street; thence by the southerly right of way line of Fern Street the following seven (7) courses and distances: in a southwesterly direction by a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 18.00 feet through an arc distance of 28.27 feet to a point of tangency; S 50° 20' 00" W a distance of 81.89 feet to a point of curvature; in a northwesterly direction by a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 1...
