Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant in favor of Etta Calvert and Raizman, Frischman & Matzus, P.C., c/o Raizman, Frischman & Matzus, P.C., 7300 Penn Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15208, in full and final settlement of any and all claims filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at GD 09-3876 in the sum of $7,500.00 and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2011.
