Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1. Resolution No. 2635, effective January 1, 2004, entitled "Making Appropriations to pay the expenses of conducting the Public Business of the City of Pittsburgh and for the meeting the debt charges thereof for the fiscal year, beginning January 1, 2004" is hereby amended as follows:
 
 
Real Estate Taxes Current      $122,500,000           $ 124,250,000
10.80 Mills       10.94 Mills
 
Parking Tax                   $ 44,300,000              $ 45,550,000
 
Rate:       36%  Through January 2004 and 50% February through December 2004
      40% January through June 30, 2004 and 50% July through December 2004
 
Section 2. All other provisions within this resolution shall remain the same
