Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $4,678.00 warrant in favor of Collection Service, Inc., in settlement of a claim for medical treatment provided to the passenger in a City vehicle, pursuant to Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code First Party Benefits requirement, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2004.
