Resolution amending Resolution No. 830 approved December 6, 2011, to include additional addresses and extend enforcement hours for Area "V" in the Shadyside community.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Within the area bounded by: South Graham Street, from Centre Avenue to Potter Street; Noble Street, from Claybourne Street to Potter Street; Claybourne Street, from South Aiken Avenue to 5543 Claybourne Street; Hagy Place, from South Graham Street to it's end; and Potter Street, from South Graham Street to it's end. Also included is 5514 Centre Avenue.
IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
Within the area bounded by: South Graham Street, from Centre Avenue to Potter Street; Noble Street, from Claybourne Street to Potter Street; Claybourne Street, from South Aiken Avenue to 5543 Claybourne Street; Hagy Place, from South Graham Street to its terminus; and Potter Street, from South Graham Street to its terminus; Also included is 5514 Centre Avenue Centre Avenue, from South Graham Street to 5514 Centre Avenue (even number addresses only).
That motorized vehicle parking shall be restricted to an one (1) hour time limit between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday except where existing parking restrictions may exist and vehicles displaying a valid Area "V" residential permit or visitor's pass.
