Title

Resolution authorizing and directing the Director of The Department of Finance to suspend the City’s Side Yard Sale Program indefinitely.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Director of The Department of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to suspend applications for the City’s Side Yard Sale Program indefinitely.

Section 2. Operation of Applications for the City’s Side Yard Sale Program will cease on the effective date of this resolution.

Section 3. Any ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or resolutions, which are inconsistent or in conflict with this Resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of any such inconsistency or conflict.
