Title

Resolution authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and providing for the transfer to URA of $141,204.30 for the Hot Metal Bridge project.  (Council Districts 3 and 6).

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments City Planning and Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a Neighborhood Needs Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the payment of part of the cost to design the Hot Metal Bridge, the dedication of the bridge and associated public improvements to the City of Pittsburgh on completion, and the waiver of permit fees for contractors employed by URA in the construction thereof, and providing for the transfer to URA of an amount not to exceed One Hundred Forty-One Thousand Two Hundred Four and 30/100 Dollars ($141,204.30), chargeable to and payable from the following account:
