Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.    The Mayor and the City Controller are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the purchase of a server to upgrade the existing scanning system in the City Controller's Office, in an amount not to exceed fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) chargeable and payable from Account 542700, Fund 1000, Organization 106000, Sub Class 120, Budget Year 2002..
