Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 232 effective April 19, 2000, as amended, which currently reads as follows:

 

The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 2, in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred and Ninety Six Thousand, Six Hundred and Ninety Eight Dollars and Forty Five Cents ($996,698.45), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields.
