Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Services Agreement with Rite Academy, LLC for services in relation to police leadership training activities at an overall cost not to exceed Thirty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Dollars (39,520.00). The payments due under said Agreement shall be chargeable to and payable from 2300246900.53301.00.

Section 2.                     Said Agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
