Title

Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with a consultant or consultants for infectious disease testing of Public Safety Employees at a cost not to exceed Eighty Five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00), and providing for the payment of the cost thereof.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, or use existing agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a consultant or consultants for infectious disease testing of Public Safety employees, at a cost not to exceed Eighty Five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Account 524500, Org. No. 210000, Budget Year 2001, Bureau of Administration, Department of Public Safety.

Section 2.                     It is requested that this Resolution become effective the date of the Mayor's signature.
