Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a License and Maintenance Agreement with Lawrenceville United for the purpose of maintaining the improvements at Duncan Park.

Body

WHEREAS, the City owns Duncan Park, located on the corner of Wickliff and 54^th Streets in the Lawrenceville Neighborhood, 10^th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh; and

WHEREAS, the City desires to cooperate with Lawrenceville United to maintain improvements at Duncan Park; and

WHEREAS, the parties now desire to set forth their mutual responsibilities in this regard;

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a license and maintenance agreement with Lawrenceville United for the purpose of maintaining the improvements at Duncan Park.
