Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to accept a donation from the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Association of jersey barriers valued at NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE DOLLARS AND TWENTY CENTS ($9,349.20).
