Title

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, and to reimburse funds expended by Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania,  in the amount of up to $184,044, for the purpose of the construction of new concrete curb & sidewalk, and the pavement base drain as the City of Pittsburgh share for the reconstruction of Dellrose Avenue from Parkfield Street to Overbrook Boulevard, in the 29^th Ward.   The Reimbursement Agreement will be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and chargeable to and payable from the Street Resurfacing Paygo line item, JDE job # 4030107015, Budget Year 2015, Item # 1537.

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby further authorized to set up any accounts required to reimburse funds as required under the terms and conditions of the Reimbursement Agreement with Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania.
