Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Tree Pittsburgh for a restoration project known as “Rising Main 3” consisting of a deforested corridor in Highland Park, at a City cost not to exceed Two Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars and Four Cents ($275,257.04) over a period of five (5) years, chargeable and payable from the Shade Tree Trust Fund as follows:
