Resolution granting unto the University of Pittsburgh, 124 Cathedral of Learning, 4200 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15260, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a decorative planting area extending onto Bigelow Boulevard in the 4th Ward, 8th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That the University of Pittsburgh, 124 Cathedral of Learning, 4200 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15260, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a decorative planting area extending onto Bigelow Boulevard near Forbes Avenue bound and described as follows:
All that certain planter encroachment beginning at a point at the intersection of the northerly right-of-way line of Forbes Avenue, 80.00 feet wide, and the easterly right-of-way line of Bigelow Boulevard, 100.00 feet wide; thence from said point of beginning by the northerly right-of-way line of Forbes Avenue N 71° 18' 36" E a distance of 4.00 feet to a point; thence by a line through Forbes Avenue S 18° 52' 40" E a distance of 9.55 feet to a point on the face of a concrete curb along Forbes Avenue; thence by the face projected of the concrete curb and through Forbes Avenue S 71° 07' 20" W a distance of 74.00 feet to a point of curvature; thence continuing by and through same and through Bigelow Boulevard in a northwesterly direction by a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 15.00 feet through an arc distance of 23.55 feet to a point of tangency, said point being in Bigelow Boulevard; thence continuing by the face of a concrete curb and through Bigelow Boulevard the following three (3) courses and distances: N 18° 55' 17" W a distance of 17.79 feet to a point of curvature; in a northerly direction by a curve bearing to the right ...
