Title
Resolution amending the 2003 Operating Budget by adding trust fund revenue in the amount of $220,000 and fund balance revenue in the amount of $3,133,511, and by increasing the Non-Departmentals Personnel-Related, Pension Account by $3,353,511. Total budgeted revenues and expenditures will increase from $386,395,850 to $389,749,361.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Controller's Office is hereby authorized and directed to create a new revenue line in the 2003 Operating Budget, entitled "Trust Fund Revenue," in the amount of $220,000 by transferring that amount from the Community Communications Trust Fund, Fund 2815, Organization 124000, Subclass 600, Budget Year 1999, to the General Fund.
The Controller's Office is hereby further authorized and directed to create a new revenue line in the 2003 Operating Budget, entitled "Fund Balance," in the amount of $3,133,511 by transferring that amount from the Fund Balance to the General Fund.
The Controller's Office is also hereby authorized and directed to increase Non-Departmentals Personnel-Related, Pension account, Fund 1000, Organization 999300, Subclass 180, Account 577100, Budget Year 2003, by the amount of $3,353,511.
The purpose of these actions is to increase the 2003 appropriation in order to meet the City's pension obligations.
