Resolution repealing Resolution 587 of 2001, effective date September 26 2001, entitled "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, and/or a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, for roof trusses on a building being constructed by the Department of Public Works for the community as a Neighborhood Needs project not to exceed Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($16,500)."

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution 587 of 2001, effective date September 26, 2001, which currently reads, "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, and/or a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, for roof trusses on a building being constructed by the Department of Public Works for the community as a Neighborhood Needs project not to exceed Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($16,500). The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, and/or a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for roof trusses on a building the Department of Public Works is constructing at the corner of Second and Johnston Avenues in the Hazelwood community as a Neighborhood Needs project not to exceed Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($16,500.00) chargeable to and payable from the Mayor's Office - Hazelwood Beautification, Project # 2267057, Fund 2610 Org. 102000, Sub-Class C2001, Budget Year 2001," is hereby repealed.
