Resolution amending Resolution No. 113, effective March 25, 2014, entitled "Authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh designating URA as the City's agent for administration of the 2014-2015 HOME Investments Partnership Program" by increasing the amount by $35,101.00 and the total cost thereof by the same amount to $1,835,101.00  (Council Districts:  All).

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1 of Resolution No. 113, effective March 25, 2014, which currently reads as follows:
 
      "Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a 2014 HOME Program Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with URA in the amount of $1,800,000.00, in form approved by the City Solicitor, designating URA as the City's agent for administration of the Program, authorizing URA to draw down funds directly from HUD and requiring URA to comply with all applicable provisions of 24 CFR Part 92."
 
 
is hereby amended to read as follows:
 
      "Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a 2014 HOME Program Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with URA in the amount of $1,835,101.00, in form approved by the City Solicitor, designating URA as the City's agent for administration of the Program, and requiring URA to comply with all applicable provisions of 24 CFR Part 92."
