Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with agencies that operate Emergency Shelters and drop-in centers for the homeless in the City of Pittsburgh, so as to provide for the payment of rehabilitation, maintenance, operations, insurance, utilities, furnishings, homeless prevention, essential services and other miscellaneous expenses of said agencies, at a cost not to exceed $722,542, chargeable to and payable from the Emergency Shelter Grant Program "ESGP Trust Fund":

Section 2.  That any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
