Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $2,944.05 warrant in favor of Althea Johnson, 912 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136, in settlement of a claim for a damaged vehicle due to a City EMS vehicle, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2007.
