Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to dedicate and rename a portion of the Green Hideaway on Mooney Road in the 31st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh to Nick's Hideaway in the memory of Nick Marino.
