Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.         The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget are authorized to enter an Agreement or Agreements with Maher Duessel for services related to the administration of the City’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP1) funding, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), chargeable and payable from account string 1226220321.58101.00.

Section 2.                The term of said Agreement or Agreements shall end on September 30, 2022, at which point Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP1) funds must be spent.
