Whereas, since 2012, the parties have been operating under a document entitled "Cartegraph Software and Services Proposal" (dated December 20, 2012), for up to three (3) years of license and related maintenance services fees for Cartegraph Enterprise software; and

Whereas, the City now wishes to expand its use of Cartegraph Enterprise products and services and to migrate to a hosted cloud environment; and

Whereas, this option will eliminate the need to host Cartegraph applications on the City's internal servers and will simplify maintenance and support.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance and/or the Director of Public Works to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to existing agreements or to adopt Commonwealth of Pennsylvania CoStars agreements with Cartegraph in order to continuing licensing Cartegraph Enterprise software; to purchase maintenance, subscription, and cloud hosting services; and to procure professional services relating to data conversion, integration, and migration from a self-hosted to a cloud environment hosted by Cartegraph.
