Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows;

Section 1.      The Mayor, the Director of Finance, and the Co-Director of the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Dr. Preston Green to provide consulting and mediation services to the Public Schools Task Force, expenditures not to exceed Twenty Thousand ($20,000) Dollars, payable from: JDE Account No. 102100.53901.

The Professional Services Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor.
