Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor with Miryam's and East End Cooperative Ministry for the payment of administrative, operating and/or renovation costs for shelters serving the homeless under the State Emergency Shelter Grant Program, at a cost not to exceed $190,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the S.ES.G.P. Account No. 566100-2640-110000-S2005-G225014-2005.
