Resolution amending Resolution 108 of 2023 effective 3/1/2023, which amended Resolution 458 of 2022 effective 9/7/2022, authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Fisher Phillips LLP for legal services in connection with collective bargaining, by further authorizing an amendment or amendments to said Professional Services Agreement, at no additional cost to the City.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 108 of 2023, entitled “Resolution amending 458 of 2022, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Fisher Phillips for legal services in connection with collective bargaining, by increasing the total spend by $250,000.00 for a new not to exceed amount of $300,000.00,” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements and amendments thereto, with Fisher Phillips for legal services in connection with collective bargaining, an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($300,000.00), charging to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto are approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 3. Any resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed in so far as the same affects this Resolution.
