Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $6,350.00 warrant in favor of Thomas Alexander, 1431 Woodbourne Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15226, in settlement of a claim for property damage to a vehicle while it was parked in the lot adjacent to the City Fire Station at 630 Brookline Boulevard on February 20, 2010, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2009 2010.
