WHEREAS, Belle Voci is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization, founded in 2014; and,

WHEREAS, Belle Voci maintains its principal place of business and conducts its principal activities in the City of Pittsburgh at 125 First Ave; and,

WHEREAS, Belle Voci is a community based inter-generational women’s choir that performs an eclectic repertoire of wide ranging styles, showcasing the performance practices of the music’s origins, and connecting song and community; and,

WHEREAS, the Applicant desires to operate quilt raffles to generate funds to finance its operations and performers at choir performances taking place on December 15^th, 2018 at First Baptist Church, 159 N Bellefield Ave, and February 9^th, 2019 at East Liberty Presbyterian, 116 S Highland Ave;
