Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $290,000.00 warrant in favor of Ellen B. Pagnotta, Administratrix of the Estate of J. Thomas Bruecken, deceased and her attorneys Raymond J. Conlon, Esquire, and Conlon Tarker, P.C. , 108 East Diamond Street, Butler, PA 16001, in settlement for personal injuries and damages due to a City EMS vehicle, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2008.
