Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the Department of City Planning are authorized to direct and take the appropriate actions to close out grant agreement BRC-TAG-24-235 with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, now that the project is complete in accordance with the Grant Agreement; that project expenditures have been made and were in accordance with the Grant Agreement; that Plan Report and related materials are acceptable to the Grantee; and that The Plan Report and related materials will be used to help guide future recreation and conservation decisions in the Hill District.
