The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

 

Section 1. The Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances, Title Two, Fiscal, Article One, Administration, Chapter 219, Operating Budget, is hereby amended and supplemented as follows:

 

                                                               CHAPTER 219 - OPERATING BUDGET

 

§ 219.09 - City of Pittsburgh Organizational Chart.

 

(a)                     The Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, in partnership with the Office of Management and Budget, shall create and maintain organizational charts. The Chart shall include City Council and Clerk’s Office; the Mayor’s Office and its various divisions; the Controller’s office; all administrative departments and/or units, their various divisions, including managers and supervisors, and the various Boards and Commissions.

 

(b)                     The names and titles of City Council Members, Clerk’s Office, the Mayor’s Office, Controller, all directors and division heads directors, division heads, managers, and supervisors, and Boards and Commissioners shall be included in the organizational chart.

 

(c)                     The chart shall be updated as required to reflect resignations and replacements, within 60 days of such change, unless protected for personnel reasons.

 

(d)                     A copy of the revised organizational chart shall be added to the City’s website and presented to City Council each year when the Annual Budget is delivered by the Mayor for the City of Pittsburgh.

 

Section 2.                     All Ordinances and/or Resolutions, or parts of the same, are hereby repealed to the extent of any inconsistency or conflict with this Ordinance.
