Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Air Cleaning Systems Incorporated for design, engineering, and installation services of emergency response vehicle exhaust systems at multiple locations throughout the City of Pittsburgh (Medic 2, Medic 3, Medic 4, Medic 6, Medic 8, Medic 9, Medic 10, Medic 11, Medic 14, EMS Training Facility, and EMS Headquarters) at a cost not to exceed SIX HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS ($654,272.40).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Air Cleaning Systems Incorporated for design, engineering, and installation services of emergency response vehicle exhaust systems at multiple locations throughout the city of Pittsburgh (Medic 2, Medic 3, Medic 4, Medic 6, Medic 8, Medic 9, Medic 10, Medic 11, Medic 14, EMS Training Facility, and EMS Headquarters) at a cost not to exceed SIX HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS ($654,272.40).
