Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 125, effective March 14, 2003, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or for the use of existing Agreements, for Construction Inspection Services on various City projects; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by decreasing the total project allocation by $133,000.00 from $200,000.00 to $67,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      Section 1 of Resolution No. 125, effective March 14, 2003, which presently reads as follows:
 
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, to award, and to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, for Construction Inspection Services on various City projects, at a cost not to exceed $200,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:
