Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, for the hiring of a Pennsylvania Non-Profit Environmental Organization known as The Pennsylvania Resource Council (PRC) to expand recycling through the development and implementation of a public education recycling campaign with special focus on promoting recycling in City neighborhoods, Pittsburgh Zoo and State Penitentiary at a total cost not to exceed One Hundred and Ninety Eight Thousand ($198,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the Solid Waste Trust Fund, Fund 2870, Org 430000, Sub-class 600, Account 525500, Budget Year 2004, within the Bureau of Environmental Services only to be paid upon receipt of corresponding revenues from Commonwealth of PA Recycling Program Grant.
