Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Three Thousand Six Hundred Eight Dollars and Ninety-One Cents ($3,608.91) in favor of William J. Miller, Esquire, 106 Rampart Lane, Ligonier, PA 15658, for arbitration services provided for the City of Pittsburgh/Fraternal Order of Police, Ft. Pitt Lodge No. 1 Grievance (Gasiorowski Health Benefits) and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
