Resolution amending Resolution No. 714 of 2023, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Urban Design Ventures, LLC for services relating to the program design, and application development of the City’s HOME-ARP application” so as to allocate an additional Twenty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($29,000.00) to Urban Design Ventures, LLC for a total not to exceed of Fifty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($57,600.00) and authorize a subsequent Agreement or Agreements.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Urban Design Ventures, LLC for services related to the preparation and submission of the City of Pittsburgh’s HOME-ARP Allocation Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), The work is for a sum not to exceed Twenty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Dollars ($28,600.00) Fifty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Dollars ($57,600.00).
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
2021: 1226300221.58101.00 HOME-ARP PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION $28,600.00$57,600.00
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
