Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with various parties for the purpose of accessing City property while certain railroad crossing at Lock Way East and Lock Way West (Council District 7) are being upgraded or removed, at no cost to the City.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with Allegheny Valley Railroad Company, the United States of America Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority, Diamond Beach Land Co., LLC, Edward Luksich and Yolanda Yugar, and Stephen Choder and Joann Noble, for the purpose of accessing City property while certain railroad crossings at Lock Way East and Lock Way West (Council District 7) are being upgraded or removed, at no cost to the City.
Section 2. The agreement or agreements or amendments thereto shall be subject to the City Solicitor’s approval as to form.
