Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will undertake the following programs and activities in connection with the 2024-2025 Community Development Block Grant Program at a cost not to exceed ($6,241,000.00)-Six Million, Two Hundred Forty-One Thousand Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the 2024 Community Development Block Grant Trust Fund as follows:
