Title
Resolution repealing Resolution No. 806, effective November 28, 2000, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, with a Consultant or Consultants, in connection with the design of the Carnahan Road Bridge located at the Carnahan Road and Banksville Road intersection and spanning Little Saw Mill Run Creek; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and providing for the payments of the costs thereof," is hereby repealed in it's entirety.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 806, effective November 28, 2000, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, in connection with the design of the Carnahan Road Bridge located at the Carnahan Road and Banksville Road intersection and spanning the Little Saw Mill Run Creek, at a cost not to exceed $75,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
