Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 77 of 2026, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with the law firm of Fisher Phillips LLP, in connection with issues involving labor disputes, at a cost not-to-exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) over six (6) months.” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements and amendments thereto, with Fisher Phillips LLP for legal services related to ongoing labor disputes to extend the term, expand the scope of work, and allocate additional funding in the amount of NINETY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($90,000) for a new not-to-exceed total of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000) over one (1) year, appropriated from the following code accounts.

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto are approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 3. Any resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed in so far as the same affects this Resolution.
