Resolution amending Resolution No. 560 of 2019, effective September 1, 2019, entitled "Resolution providing for the execution of a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the performance of certain work in connection with the 2019-2020 Community Development Block Grant Program, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed $4,558,960.00 (Council Districts: All)," by including additional Emergency Small Business Support, Housing Stabilization Program, and URA Project Delivery deliverables pertaining to small business development, tenant assistance, homeowner assistance, and URA personnel, raising the total cost thereof to the amount not to exceed $11,905,823.00 (Council Districts: All).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1 of Resolution No. 560 of 2019, effective September 1, 2019, which originally read as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will undertake the following programs and activities in connection with the 2019-2020 Community Development Block Grant Program at a cost not to exceed Four Million Five Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty ($4,558,960.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the 2019 Community Development Block Grant Trust Fund as follows:
