Resolution authorizing and Directing the Chief Administrator of the Magistrates Court and the Solicitor of the City of Pittsburgh to implement a program to aggressively pursue violators to collect outstanding warrants on fine and cost orders.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  That the Chief Administrator of the Magistrates Court and the Solicitor of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized and directed to implement a program to aggressively pursue violators to collect outstanding warrants on fine and cost orders.  

Section 2.  The implementation of said program should include but not be limited to constable services.
