Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     That the City Controller is hereby authorized to issue a warrant payable to Tedesco & Son, Inc. in the amount of $3,065.00 for the installation of a new copper waterline service at the Steel House, 3200 Dawson Street, in connection with the Mayor's Neighborhood Needs program; chargeable to and payable from Account 522600, Fund 5100, Org 102000, Subclass 350, Project/Grant N556003, Budget Year 2000.
