Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing for the issuance of a warrant in favor of the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), for the purchase of supplemental building code books for building code officers and officials, at a cost not to exceed Eleven Thousand and Nine Hundred and Sixty-Four Dollars and Eighty-Four Cents ($11,964.84).  Payment shall be made from the following account:
