Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $20,000.00 warrant in favor of National City Mortgage Co., c/o David Alpern, Esquire, Louis P. Vitti and Associates, P.C., 916 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in settlement of the improper demolition of a structure, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2008.
