Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Director of General Services on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Contracts and Agreements, for the purchase of City issued tasers and related accessories.  The total cost shall not exceed One Hundred Twenty Thousand ($120,000.00) Dollars chargeable to and payable from Organization Code 230000, Fund 1000, Sub 120, Account 543000, Budget Year 2003, Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety.
