Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the total sum of Two Thousand Six Dollars and 03/100 ($2,006.03), in favor of Ricoh USA, Inc., Legal Document Services Chicago District - PIT, 1600 Solutions Center, Chicago, IL, 60677, for payment of professional services rendered in Foster et al. vs. City of Pittsburgh, United States District Court, No. 2:12-cv-01207 and charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2014.
